Why not just use a free chatbot?

Fair question. Here is the honest answer.

If you will open a chatbot every week, decide what your business should say, and check the result before it goes out — don't hire us. You will do fine, and you will keep your money. That is not a sales trick. Most people who read this far should stop here.

Still with us? Here is what we think is actually going on.

Two social media posts side by side, both written by AI. The first is generic — “Check out our amazing products today” — and is labeled “Could be any business.” The second is specific — “We're open till 7 tonight. The sourdough came out early” — and is labeled “Could only be yours.” Underneath: a person decided which one was worth your name.

Writing was never the hard part

Owners could write their own posts long before any of this existed. Most didn't. Not because the words were difficult, but because deciding what to say takes a kind of attention a working week doesn't leave much of.

A chatbot solves the writing. It does not solve the deciding.

A chatbot agrees with you

Ask one for five posts and you will get five posts. Ask whether they are any good and it will tell you they are great. It has no opinion about your street, your customers, or which of those five should never go out.

That is not a flaw. It is what the tool is for. It is built to be helpful, and being helpful means agreeing with you.

You're grading your own homework

Here is the part that is hard to see from the inside: plausible writing and good writing look identical if you don't already know the difference.

A chatbot will hand you a caption that sounds like marketing. Whether it sounds like your business — whether it says the thing that would actually make someone walk in — is a judgment call. And you are being asked to make it about your own business, which is the hardest thing anyone tries to see clearly.

The failure isn't a bad post

It is no posts after week three.

Nobody quits because the captions weren't good enough. They quit because Tuesday got busy, then the next Tuesday, and by week four there is nothing to come back to. Free tools don't fix that. If anything they make it worse, because now there is no excuse and still nothing posted.

What we do instead

AI drafts. A person reviews. You approve and post.

The middle step is the whole product. Someone whose job is to kill the draft that isn't right and tell you why it died. Not to produce more words — words are cheap now — but to decide which ones are worth your name.

You keep the accounts. We never need your login. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved.

So who should actually hire us

Someone who has tried the free tool, posted twice, got something that sounded like everyone else, and stopped.

If that is not you — if you genuinely will sit down every week and do this — use the free tool. We mean that.

If it is you, tell us about your business. A real person reads every one.
