What happens when I stop?

“If I hire someone to do this, what am I handing over — and what happens when I stop?”

You hand over information about your business, time to approve the work, and the month's fee. But good work does not make up for an arrangement you cannot leave. If leaving means asking for the keys back, or for the posts you paid for, it was wrong from the start.

If you want someone to hold the logins, publish without waiting for you, and handle your customer replies — don't hire us. That is a legitimate thing to want. It is not what we sell.

A line drawing of a key beside the words: There are no keys to give back. Your accounts stay in your name. We never ask for your passwords. Underneath: leaving should not mean starting over.

We never held the keys

Your accounts stay in your name. We do not ask for or accept passwords. We do not post, reply, or publish for you.

That matters on an ordinary Tuesday, not just when you leave. You can open your account and post something yourself without asking.

You are hiring help with what your business says, not handing over the place where it says it. There are no keys to give back.

Our work. Your final say.

We draft and advise on what is worth saying. You decide whether to say it.

AI drafts. A person reviews. You approve and post.

Approval includes the right to say no. A caption might sound nothing like you. You might simply not want to say it. You do not need a better reason.

Your customer relationships stay with you. We can help you think through a reply; we do not contact your customers.

Your photos and notes stay yours; permission is only to do the work. Using your name, logo, or results in our marketing takes your written permission.

Leaving should not mean starting over

Once you have paid, you own the final deliverables made for you — your plan, captions, or logo mark — and can use them however you like.

We keep our methods, templates, checklists, and tools. You do not need our checklist to keep using your caption. You do not take the work down or buy it back when the relationship ends.

Not every caption stays useful. Deciding what to keep using is yours.

Monthly services have no minimum term beyond the month already paid for. Cancel before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded. Either of us can end the service by giving notice before the next billing date. If we end it, you still keep the final deliverables you paid for and already received.

You still press the button

If you do not post, nothing goes out. Reviewed work can sit waiting. We cannot make you open it.

You keep the final say and the final task. If that trade is unacceptable, this is still the wrong buy.

If that trade works for you, tell us about your business — stay because the work is useful, not because leaving means rebuilding.
